On February 21, 2024, on the morning of the twelfth day of the first lunar month, the 2023 annual summary and commendation meeting of THB Group was held in the auditorium of the group headquarters. Dong Ligang, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, Guo Desui, President, Liu Fengzhou, Li Chao, Guo Liquan, Zhang Qiqing, Vice Presidents and other group leaders attended the meeting, and more than 300 people attended the meeting, including the heads of the Group's Party Working Committee, subsidiaries and business divisions, annual award-winning representatives and employee representatives. In 2023, China's automotive industry will usher in a comprehensive leap: the annual production and sales of automobiles will exceed 30 million units, ranking first in the world for 15 consecutive years, and automobile exports will rank first in the world for the first time. At the same time, the automotive industry has also entered a new era of competition in volume price, volume products, and volume technology. In the face of changes in the industry pattern, all THB employees carry forward the THB spirit of "unity and cooperation, hard work and innovation", overcome difficulties, and have made outstanding achievements in various tasks, achieving the strategic goal of "10 billion THB" two years ahead of schedule. The conference commended the emerging collectives, excellent dealers, advanced departments (teams), outstanding business pacesetters and other collectives and individuals, and called on all employees to learn from the strugglers, have the courage to take responsibility, and make new contributions.

At the meeting, Guo Desui, president of the group, read out the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Advanced Individuals in 2023". He emphasized that in the face of the increasingly complex and severe industry situation in 2024, it is necessary to continue to promote cost reduction and efficiency increase to cope with the involution of the industry, strengthen vertical integration and business synergy to boost performance growth, adhere to reform and innovation, stimulate organizational vitality, deeply implement digital transformation, improve management quality and efficiency, strictly implement various work requirements of IPO, accelerate the company's growth with the help of capital strength, vigorously promote THB culture, improve organizational execution, and ensure the achievement of various business goals in 2024.
